Leaving a poor review and hoping to change it down the road.
It seems the Walker is in transition. I just hope they do a good job and get there ASAP.
Right now it seems 1/3 of the museum is closed off and waiting for a new show. The other 2/3rds is showing works that are a well below average representation of what they have in their collection. I don't know why anyone would think leaving the hits in storage was a good idea when so much of the museum is walled off. The place feels soulless.
The museum is a shell of itself. So I cannot recommend a visit at this time.
