My entire experience from day one has been fantastic. Katie of the leasing department was outstanding. She personally went above and beyond in making my move Dayton so effortless. My experience here at Delco has been a 10 of a 10 so far. I love my apartment and and the staff here has been great. Thank you, Katie for making my moving to a new city that much easier......I feel at home!
