Twice twice I'm disappointed the first time I was received by two spokespersons who convinced me to take the loyalty card on the grounds that it "was FREE and I would benefit from a REFUC in CAISSE "But the card is paid I saw it coming out on the receipt so I find it deplorable to want to achieve its business objectives to the point of lying to customers. I wrote a letter with AR to headquarters a month ago that never got back. This morning I go back to the Fnac and tell myself that I have to forget but considering the way I was received without smiling ... because I think it's also a paid option I did not feel welcome the advisor has surely awakened from the bad hair ... I do not understand how a sign of this group can act in this way! Believe me I need a lot to be disappointed and take the time to write a comment. Given the two bad experiences it is necessary that I share it to remedy and improve your communication and sales strategies!
