Need improvement on little thing

Need improvement on little thing

We were arranged by airline to overnight stay at this hotel

This is good 4 stars hotel

Hotel receptionist very friendly and efficient services

Only that of dinner was poor of selection and quality, seems next morning breakfast was much better !

Do not understand why hotel using plastic cup in the washroom, very environmental unriendly!
