After two unsuccessful delivery attempts in the morning, DPD asked us to choose a different delivery option, which we did by calling customer service directly. But instead of delivering the shipment on the new date, it was returned to the sender. It had to be sent again and we had to wait a total of 3.5 weeks for our mattresses and we and the children had to sleep on temporary arrangements.
