Sue is awesome! We worked with MyChef through our venue and I m so glad they re partnered with such a great company. From the first time she reached out, she was understanding and accommodating. We met in August for our tasting for a June wedding. We knew almost nothing about what we wanted but she was patient with us. We went with a couple who had just gotten married and got to try SO MUCH FOOD. Everything was delicious and she had a great system for determining which ones were the most well liked among the group. We made our picks, decided to hold off on linens until we had a better understanding of our vision, and went on our way.
Well, a lot changes from August to June. I requested a few changes to the menu and Sue was supportive and accommodating of each one.
We decided to pick linens at an event our venue hosted (included with our package) and Sue had a couple people there helping with linen choices. Seeing the linens in the venue was so helpful- but boy was I a pain to Sue and her crew! I think we walked from the back of the venue to the front about a dozen times with different swatches. They didn t seem to mind one bit.
Every time we saw Sue, she recognized us and treated us like we were two of her favorite people. It s always great to feel special when wedding planning, especially when you realize these people deal with brides every single day.
