Jenny always does an amazing job. She pays attention to what I want and has great suggestions when I don't know what I want. She has an eye for detail, she's professional but friendly, and I always leave feeling stylish and confident.

In the 10+ years that I've been going to her, I've never had an issue with my hair. Each time I see her, she asks for feedback on the previous cut and continually strives to make sure she's taking care of me. She makes me feel like I'm her only client when I'm there.

The salon itself is always clean and well-maintained. The salon managers are friendly and helpful, greeting you immediately and offering to take your coat or grab you a beverage. It's always a very pleasant experience going in for a haircut.
