Joaquin with ServiceOne came today to help with our dryer problems. I have to say that this was the most pleasant repair service I ve ever had done. Joaquin was on time, efficient, kind, extremely knowledgeable, very professional and personable! He explained what he was doing and what repairs were going to be needed. Joaquin made a lasting impression and I know for certain that I will call ServiceOne again for any future needs and I will make sure that we request Joaquin.
