The customer service with this company deserves NEGATIVE STARS BUT ITS NOT POSSIBLE WITH GOOGLE. if anyone writes positive about the company must be an employee or a company bot. it takes 30 minutes to an hour for an answer to have someone sound like they hate their life to not let you talk and to transfer you automatically to wait another 30 minutes. (these are claim calls btw) They deny claims for months to years and yet they blame a 3rd party funding from unions. it doesn't matter which department you call or get transferred to, they all seem to have an attitude and no sense of customer service. TRAINING IS NEEDED OR REPLACING CERTAIN EMPLOYEES. IT IS SO BAD THAT I NEEDED TO WRITE A REVIEW AND HAVE CAPS LOCKED.
