After reading reviews on internet I booked the hotel.Stayed 3 days. Happy to say though the hotel is like 3 stars, I got 5 star service. From the outside it doesnt look good but once you go inside, theres a descent hotel with every facility. Located in Mangga Dua Square, few minutes walk for the shopping malls.

Lobby is located in the 8th floor. Got a good welcome by the reception and handed over the keycards. Lobby and rooms area is separated by a locked door which can only be opened for a valid room key so youll be totally safe. Women and children can stay in this hotel alone without worrying about security. The passage for the rooms is well lit and covered with a red carpet.

Rooms are clean and well lit. Theres an artificial forest in the hotel and can be seen through windows which was quite nice. Beds were comfortable and nicely prepared. In the bathroom, theres toothbrushes, cotton buds and everything. It is not very spacious, but enough for 2 people with 2 big bags. Also theres a mini refrigerator and safebox.

Service was probably the best I found in Jakarta. Hotel staff namely Dhea, Yayu and Ifran were very helpful and friendly. Fluent English and very easy to communicate with. Special thanks to them. It was the reason why I came back from Bali early for another night in this hotel.

Breakfast was quite good. Had a wide selection and most importantly, tasted good.

The bottom line is this hotel is totally worth the price you pay. Facilities, services you name it. Also a very convenient place for shopping. I'd definitely choose Ibis styles on my next visit. Thank you Ibis styles for the nice stay!
