Although it was a long process to change the email address on our Neat software, we were always treated professionally and patiently. The tech never gave up on solving our particular problem. After trying everything she could so we would not loose data and working with other techs, a plan was arrived at that would save our data. We want to thank Maria for her hard work and persistence in solving our difficult situation.
