Near complete incompetence or poor business proces...

Near complete incompetence or poor business processes abound! Big fan of Blackhawk (country band) and routinely check their website of concert dates near me. Saw they were scheduled to play at Gilley's in Durant, OK (Choctaw Casino Resort). Selected 'Buy Tickets' which took me to the Casino Resort page...Blackhawk not listed under live entertainment, so I called the casino resort. Operator had no idea if Blackhawk was scheduled to play (in less than three weeks). Operator tried on two occasions to contact Gilley's manager and couldn't get through. I asked for the number to contact Gilley's directly, but was told there wasn't one. However, I was told to call back at end of month or in December (pass the problem onto the next person that answers the phone).

Problems as I see them:
1. Why aren't Gilley's live shows populated under Live Entertainment tab of website?
2. Why aren't operators privy to concert schedule outside the current month?
3. Why can't an operator contact a restaurant manager inside their own hotel/resort during business hours?

If it was a small local band, I can see why no one would know or care; but this is Blackhawk! They sold out Sugarcreek Casino last fall so I would expect a large crowd for them. I live four hours away and I guess I'm supposed to take my chances and just show up Dec 5th? I don't think so.
