Highly disappointed with my experience today at Mountain High. Lost my paper receipt but was able to verify my ID, Credit card used for purchase with matching ID, verification of purchase through banking application, and Ikon Pass used to confirm discounted daily rate but manager on duty who I believe name was Ann was unhelpful and did not take any time to resolve the issue. Security/other employees were friendly and helpful and I was able to get back to riding for the day with numbered passes. Unfortunately this was by far the worst management experience of any mountain I ve been to. There was also another customer experiencing similar issue with pass in the booth next to me who was also becoming frustrated with same manager. Decided to give Mountain High a chance after many closures but do not recommend visiting if Bear Mountain or Snow Summit is available.
