PLI is the management company of the co-op I live in. I have had several dealings with Deann (asst. property manager) and Elizabeth (property manager). Unlike most management companies, they are very responsive and always answer within the business day. Everything moved along smoothly with them and any questions or issues are always promptly addressed.
