I went to the LIBRARY service for 3 MONTHS:
Good points: the staff is always at your disposal, they are very friendly.
Bad points:
1. NO RESPECT TO MAINTAIN SILENCE WITHIN THE LIBRARY: ALL the staff makes a lot of noise, laughs in an outrageous way and they talk loudly at all times within the service, even after repeatedly asking them to lower their voices. This has caused many readers to leave the library in disgust. After this, they did a QUALITY SURVEY in the month of MAY where the staff did not give answers to those readers who had complained in a reprized manner with them, one of them then approached to collect the polls asking "have you qualified me well? "
2. Being part of an archaeological collection within the library, guided groups enter repeatedly in the mornings. The bad thing is the noise that minors make when they arrive in school groups.
