My mom had Achilles surgery with Dr. Hochman and Dr. Dao today at CPRMC. Nicholas checked us in. He was super nice and calming to my mom and I. Jill pre-op RN was so nice and calming to my mom. Got her IV first time, which my mom loved! Everyone s professionalism was impressive and I felt very reassured she was going to be well taken care of like they were her family!
