So: we have Europa3000 for some years in 5 companies in use In daily operation, the system proves to be useful but unnecessarily complex.

The interface is outdated.

The navigation is often inconsistent and not logical.

An interaction between mouse and tabulator complicates the work.

For each action unnecessarily much must be clicked.

Error messages are not interpretable and errors can only be remedied by the expensive 0900 service hotline or against whopping bill, which however usually helps in a friendly and competent manner.

Mistakes usually occur in deals. The final process is not intuitively let alone automatic. Man has to perform different steps in different modules by hand, then perform database reorganizations in different places in different modules. Next you have to run different printouts in paper then, if available, find error files in the file system in hidden files and rename them to .old. If you have done all this, you can run the year-end which then first claims any (invisible) tables (well in the database) are still open or any other cryptic message appears. There is no solution to this problem And no further information what to do. Man must call the 0900 number and pay for the Europa3000 fixes the error in your own software, which they do.

I've personally done the technical degrees in 5 companies over the last 5 years with europa3000 and it was the same every time. Several hundred francs in technical assistance to fix system-related problems from europa3000 on our account. To be fair, I have to say that we have canceled the update subscription last time because pointless.

Since I'm doing 3 degrees right now and wiedermal far that is not helpful error messages keep me from finishing my job. Like every year I am practiced for hours with nonsensical attempts. Until it is clear that I have to call the 0900 hotline again tomorrow to bring europa3000 at my expense to do what it should actually do. That's why I thought it's time to rate yourself.

Europa3000 is more of a puzzle than a help on the deals and an expensive one!

I think it's fair to mention that europe is a very versatile and powerful software. The system we use is very small in relation to the possibilities. Nevertheless, I expect that an accounting software is able to deliver a technically error-free process. That's what every cheap system can do today.
