In itself, K-Tuin is fine, professional treatment and excellent service. They are very proactive when looking for solutions to any problem that may arise.

However, their system of online orders and sales is unfortunate (and they do not allow in-store delivery, which would solve this problem) because they work with Zeleris for their logistics, of the worst companies in their sector that, if there is one, is thanks to the telcos they share with them, because I do not think anyone in their right mind sends anything in private with them. Hence the two stars, as they fail to fulfill the delivery commitment in 24 / 48h. And of course K-Tuin is to blame for this, since it is they who hire such a pitiful messenger.
