The staff were very friendly and accommodating but...

The staff were very friendly and accommodating but I wasn't happy with the room we booked. I felt cheated as the outward appearance and lobby of the hotel was very nice and then I get to my room and it is very basic with a concrete roof and no sink in the bathroom. Also the wifi refused to work and there was no buffet.
