I have been pleasantly surprised by my recent experience in filing a claim. The adjuster, Scott Nathan was extremely knowledgeable in a complex repair situation. He was able to give me some guidance on how the repairs so be completed and a price range. This became critically important because these companies where trying to make the job more complicated in order to inflate the cost.
