Waste of money. I have a contract and they sent me technician to fix 3 different things: AC 2 times, Dish Washer 1 time. First time AC repair the guy never was able to flush my AC. So it overflowed a week after that and I had to pay a contractor to fix it. I still have to pay the copay. Second time the AC broke, the technician changed a completely different part. I ended calling a contractor to fix the part he changed by mistake and fixing the right one. I still had to pay the copay. The dishwasher. They came 3 times and at the end the answer is: get a new dishwasher. I still had to pay the copay. I paid for their contract plus the copays, and I already spent ten times more because they cannot fix anything (New dishwasher, new AC parts, flooding service plus time). And there is no emergency service. Everything has to be one to two business days. Everyone else has emergency services. I explained them why it was an emergency and they still didn t care. They came with the contract word, and they completely forget the service or human word. They didn t care about my emergency; they just threw me the contract in my face. Yes they return your money pro-rated but I still spend 10 times more. I hate companies where you are a number, and not a human beign.
