This company is such a fraud. I paid for an online conference and they canceled it last minute (2days before the event) and refused to give me refund of money back. Instead they give a credit note in form of 'voucher code' for me to register to the future event that don't know when????
Seriously worst approach I have ever seen how an event organizer handle issue unprofessionally.

Please be careful if you are dealing with this company.
