WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We have brought our dog to this place for almost two years and I still can t believe how badly I was treated. It all start when I asked them to groom my 10 lb Maltese Shi Tzu mix dog. He gets so fluffy and we love him like that! I asked for a simple bath and trim. When I picked him up, he was shaved down almost to the skin. The shortest length you can go. I told them this is not what I asked for and they said we will credit you a mini groom on your account which to my knowledge meant I had a $30 credit. The next time I brought my dog in I asked for a full groom knowing we had $30 to our service. When we picked him up our total was almost $70 dollars. I asked them why and how come they didn t use the credit. They said that I was mistaken and our credit was only $10 and that they had forgotten to apply it. They also didn t explain why the groom had come out to the total it had been. I HAVE THE GIRL RECORDED ON MY ANSWERING MACHING THAT WE WOULD BE CREDITED AN ENTIRE MINI GROOM.

*side note, the very first experience, I was charged a naught puppy fee of almost $25 and it was not explained to me until the next time I went in and my groom was $25 cheaper. I asked why it wasn t as much this go around and she s like because you were charged a naughty puppy fee last time and I was like... umm did anyone want to tell me this?*

Anyways, I m done with this place. They are never up front with any of their pricing and have the worst listening/communication skills between staff and client. DO NOT GO HERE.
