This company does not have a good track record of taking care of their clients. Feel free to google "2018 IL App (2d) 170637" and you will see what I'm talking about.

Their website has never worked too well, and my latest renewal came with a nice insert saying they're raising the monthly installment fee by $7/month. I took the opportunity to change to a more reputable carrier.

Never personally had a claims experience so can't speak to that, but judging off of their ratings and the other cases it seems one would be wise to keep their business elsewhere.
