I've never been to Monmouth Medical but my son is here at the dept. of pathology. His doctors office failed to send the script over and the office was closed BUT. The young woman at the front desk MONIQUE BOWELES. called the office and asked to have the doctor call and he did! She got the script faxed and He is now having the test done. She was very patient and kind I'm greatful she was here and worked at getting the script so I did not have to reschedule and drive miles again to come back. Thank you Monique. 1st impression leaves the best.
