We usually stay at Kimptons so we can travel with our dog & cat, and have never had an issue.

However, the service at this location was absolutely atrocious. When I inquired about room service to the front desk, a male attendant hung the phone up on me before completing our conversation. When I walked to the front, he was socializing with a guest.

When I asked a waitress in the restaurant for a cup of orange juice, she said she would get it right away . 5 minutes later I came around the corner to find her changing the vats of coffee out, neglecting such a simple task.

These are just two minor examples of notable experiences there were stains on our floors, stains on the bathroom floor, and the place looks and feels like a dormitory.

Don t let other reviews fool you, this place is an absolute comedy act. Please don t pay more than $80 for a room here
