The food is excellent. However, for the price frame, the restaurant has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. The hostesses jerk you around with table availability as if I should try to bribe them, every request is met with a "maybe" to "no," and the general attitude of the staff seems like they don't get paid enough. Perhaps management should do something about making Nobu a more work friendly atmosphere because it is obvious how miserable everyone is here. There is no teamwork, communication, or positive vibe. Great food though.
