I have purchased a motorcycle and parts here, and had service done. I have had both good and bad experiences. Coles Notes: People selling the used bikes and parts are nice and helpful, but some of the service staff are sketchy. May still go here to look at bikes and get parts/accessories, but probably going to stay away when needing service.

GOOD: The sales staff are helpful both downstairs and upstairs (parts). Their used bikes cost the trade in value plus markup (shown on the price tag). The trade in price on the tags is correct, because I traded in my first bike and checked what they were selling it for later. I took my second bike in to fix a break squeak (pads were still good). They didn't fix it the first time, but I took it back and it was fixed the second time. Olivia in service was great.

BAD: This time we delt with someone else in service (not Olivia). My friend and I stored their bike here for the winter. They claimed there was a carb leak when we came to pick it up and they wanted to sell us a carb rebuild for a crazy labour cost. We couldn't detect any leak so tried taking it home to check more thoroughly, but it intermittently stalled taking off in first. Note: we wouldn't have tried driving it home if there was any sign of a carb leak. We were charged full price for the spring work, even though they didn't do all of it. We took it home with a trailer the next weekend and they charged for 3/4hr (almost $100) just for telling us, again, that the carb is leaking (it still isn't). Got it home and it runs fine and still no sign of a carb leak. Going to take a really close look at the bike, but get the sense that some of the service guys are sketchy. Will update if we find anything.
