Review of Panari Hotel

I find the Panari center a bit 'random' and fragme...

I find the Panari center a bit 'random' and fragmented.

When you go through the levels, it looks very much deserted.

There is a Chinese restaurant (or better 'cantine') which is frequented by Chinese, so it must be authentic. Food was good, also for my caucasian taste-buds.
I had some meetings at Panari, but the rooms are not very impressive. Feels like they had better days. All a bit dated and worn out.
