I loved my Collette experience!

I loved my Collette experience!
I almost gave them 4 stars, because our first hotel, Hotel Bern, was undergoing major renovations and the inconvenience was massive, halls were blocked off with barricades and I was very worried about an emergency exit if we would have needed it. The hotel front desk woman yelled at me for getting on the wrong elevator, which is funny now, but in my defense, I had been using the stairs to the third floor the whole time, and I wasn t familiar with their set up. I felt Collette should have been informed. Collette was ripped off. The bus had to drop us off away from the hotel, and in the rain, it was not glamorous, lol
Otherwise, everything was nice! Our guide was knowledgeable and our bus driver was safety conscious! Both were very friendly and helpful. The trip was spectacular. So much so, that I have not lost confidence and will go to Italy with Collette in August.
