Keliu Wall was very professional. Goggle taking over Nest had completely messed up the connection of my thermostat with my iPhone. He had to reinstall and reset the thermostat before it reconnected. Thanks Goggle - you owe me $90 for your incompetence!! Thanks C/W Air for correcting their problem.
