I didn't have any problems with collections or payment as others have...once I did all the work on my own to figure out this was a legitimate bill. All I got was a sketchy looking text that I would definitely have ignored if I hadn't read all these other reviews. I had no prior indication that this company would be sending me an invoice, and the only contact was a super vague, scam-bait-looking text with a link to make a payment, so I can see how it would be easily missed, ignored, or filtered out. All the responses here say "we're working on it" but it doesn't seem like much has changed. Obviously do your own research and make sure you're not getting scammed another way, but just wanted to add another review to to let people know that I contacted my hospital and confirmed that this was a real company that they worked with during my hospital visit, they just have really terrible communication about billing.
