Sold me a pair of Women's boots as Mens boots, and...

Sold me a pair of Women's boots as Mens boots, and now i have badly aching arches that i have never had in the past. I purchased a pair of "Zamberlan Ultra Light" boots, on the box it did say Women's boots, so i questioned this when i bought them and two sales men both told me that they were unisex and are exactly the same as the Mens boots, it is just the way that Zamberlan size them, they are both the same. I did find it strange at the time, because why would they print Women's on the box if they were unisex.

After checking into this i found this to be incorrect and Zamberlan use a specific Last on this boot for Women's boots, hence they put Women's on the box. The differences being, higher arches, more supported insteps, narrower heel pockets and better wrapped ankles. I suspect what is causing my aching arch problem is the higher arches, or it could be something to do with the insteps as well, or it could be a combination of both i am really not too sure. But i think it is definitely something to do with being mis sold Women's boots as Mens boots as i have never had this problem before.
