I've dined at Manresa twice and both times the experience has been exquisite. Chef David Kinch does not pull any punches when it comes to innovative, pitch perfect preparations. I still consider his "fried soup cube" amuse bouche to be one of my most surprising and delightful culinary experiences. The ingredients used by the kitchen are very fresh and come directly from a local partner farm. Service is equally excellent and beautifully choreographed. Manresa is highly recommended to anyone looking for a transcendental dining experience.
