forget it, first experience a p8 under warranty hardware problem returned non-functional identical as party and sent back a second time (it did not light so I doubt that they also took it out of the box), second experience p9 lite under warranty with software problem returned as it had started (i.e. not working) and once again perhaps too much effort to open the box and turn on the phone. I don't think they have the skills or staff necessary to deal with certain levels of technology, maybe opting in a fruit crate repair center or I know substitutes for light bulbs or maybe I had bad luck ..... twice ... but..
