Arrived early and got a coffee in the Phoenix cafe before I was met by Julia, our tour giude. The guide was friendly, very informative and had an interest in what she was doing. At the end you have to pass through the gift shop and for myself, it was hard to leave without a bottle of "fill your own". I'll definitely be returning again before the year is out. Thanks again
