Kinsman s Construction had a good reputation...but...

Kinsman s Construction had a good reputation...but they no longer do. James has sold more jobs than they can handle and they are not using the best subs and are not managing their projects at all.

After 2-3 months of telling me they were going to fix the many quality issues...James, or anyone else from Kinsman, stopped returning phone calls and emails. Kinsman construction has left me with a project with many quality issues, and an incomplete project. I m now going to have to hire some else to fix their mistakes and finish their work, and then will have to sue Kinsman to recover the money needed to pay someone else.

Even worse, Kinsman does not pay their suppliers or sub contractors. I received an email from Front Range Lumber, saying that James never paid for the widows that were installed at my office...which is what James told me my deposit payment was for. Because James did not pay subs/suppliers on my project, anyone of them could place a lien on my property.

UPDATE: In response, James mentioned that I have not paid for the windows, and also mentioned that I was offered compensation for the windows. That does not make sense, why would I be offered compensation for the windows, if I haven't paid for the windows?
