My friend recommended me to Alex and I am so thankful! Alex is very personable and professional at the same time. He is extremely communicative and thorough. I really appreciated that he communicated the smallest details and never left me in the dark about the refinance process. Initially, I was dreading the process as this was my first time and heard how long and complex it can be. However, Alex changed that perception completely! He is very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Alex!! Definitely 5 star experience and plan to continue working with him in the future :)
