I found our representative to be highly unresponsive. I called 3 times to get an update on my car without a call back. Once I did get a call, I was told that he didn't phone because there wasn't anything to tell me. I would have appreciated a phone call back to at least tell me there was nothing to report - especially after they had my car for over 4 hours. In addition, I told them that my car had the warning that the coolant was low. When I got the car back, it had not been filled. Lacking in details and customer service.
