I have had the worst experience with two of their reps.
This has been an ongoing process of 2 weeks to try to switch over. I was handed two separate quotes which looked amazing, they had us fill out paper work to only find out we have a down deposit owed since our company is young and has no credit.
This is all fine, however I had follow up questions and received rude response for a follow up and I have to beg them to call me back. I then went to the AT&T store and they said custome communications tends to make promises they can t keep, they also will say they give you credits after 90 day bill cycle and that not be delivered. Amy request was simple and I was told by one rep she d ask the other rep to complete it and both have been MIA in communications to me. I at first thought it was AT&T poor customer service but it s really just Custom Communications
