Good day! I mean that I will never use the Viva Air service again, because on March 8 they gave us lousy service. We missed the Med-Bog flight because we weren't allowed to board the plane with 20 minutes to go. On the boarding pass it says that the doors close in 15 minutes. At check-in we were checked and told to proceed to board, which we did. But the moment they reached the door, they closed it in front of our noses. That's why we lost an international flight from Bogota. Never again will I ever count on you, gentlemen Viva Colombia, I will always buy Avianca tickets !!!!
