My loan experience with Meridian was the most positive and stress free of any I have ever had before in my life. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. They kept me informed by phone and email frequently and fielded my questions without hesitation. I had had an absolutely terrible experience a few years ago with Wells Fargo attempting to get a similar loan and Wells Fargo never kept me informed and I had to drag information out of the loan officers. Wells Fargo changed their rules on me more than once during the process and finally I backed away from them after wasting a lot of time and effort on my part. Meridian folks always told me the truth and never hid or changed the rules and kept me in the loop and did not forget about me. Oliver Quinn of Meridian was especially helpful throughout this process despite having to deal with Covid -induced complications like working at home and the death of my wife of 45 Years in October. I have since recommended Meridian to several people without any reservation. If I have to get another loan in the future, I will contact Meridian first. Sincerely, Alan F. Knull, MD
