Toxic cutthroat culture that emphasizes sales more than anything else. Does not care about after-sales service i.e. checking that your clients wellbeing are okay. Extremely unethical behaviour, telling half-truths to clients to get them to sign and stay in contracts.

For a 'HR' company, you guys have ONE job. Ironically, you can't even get that right, e.g. unclear on MoM guidelines, no proper training and development, poor operational guidelines for agents, lack of decent organizational culture. And I don't even need to be a HR major to know this, this is common sense, basic ethics. Disgustingly unprofessional.
