DO NOT go here for hair color or highlights/lowlights. Wanted to save some money so we elected to go here. The product was left in for hours and my wife's hair isn't only a horrible color, it's chemically fried beyond repair. She got there for a 530 pm appointment and didnt leave until 1040 pm. They made her pay before the service was even finished because the registers were closing. (BIG MISTAKE) I'm sure if you stick to the basic cut or nail treatment you will be fine, but don't make the same mistake as us. Look on Groupon for a local *Professional salon service and pay a little more for peace of mind. I (her husband) am disappointed beyond belief and feel horrible for even suggesting this option.
