Cheap Business Practice at Sorella Issaquah !

I went in for a regular deep conditioning treatment for my hair at Sorella (Issaquah location). The stylist made me wait for 30 mins at the lobby and then she finally arrived with no word of apology. When asked about the benefits of deep conditioning treatment, she made it sound like it was a total waste of time and I should rather not do it. She was very pushy and wanted me to get the Brazilian blowout for my hair. I made it very clear to her that I wanted to get the deep conditioning treatment only at that point of time. When I was ready to pay the bill at the counter, I was rather shocked to see that she had overcharged me. Before I came in,I called up the salon to make an appointment , I made sure the amount they would charge me for this service. It was a flat rate they promised. The stylist here was truly dishonest, unethical and cheap.

Later I called up the salon to speak to the manager. The receptionist took my message and number and told me that the manager would return my call. But, they never called and didn't bother to clarify. They clearly don't value the customer nor care about their business. I would never go back to this salon again. I wish I could give ZERO stars to this place Its a total rip off !
