I had high expectations for Paladar Restaurant Group, and I must say they exceeded them. The food was incredible, bursting with flavors that brought back memories of my travels in Latin America. The attention to detail in every dish was apparent, and the service was top-notch. It's safe to say that Paladar has become one of my favorite places to dine.
