Purchased an extensive appliance package for our new home of Wolf, Subzero, and other products. We have worked with other vendors in the past for these appliances in other homes and had a great experience. We relied on Todd for insight on hood and grill specs for our project and now have many errors. When asking Duerden's about correcting the items to our original request we have been ignored for weeks even after several follow up calls. We have been in our home for several weeks now and have several items that still need to be adjusted to work properly and waiting for two appliances that were paid for weeks ago. Unfortunately this has been a very disapointing customer service experience. We have now had to start contacting third part appliance technicians and paying for them to come and complete the proper installs for our property.
