I have just called the office today May 24 2018 at 8:20 am,spoke with some rude secretary asking for a transportation direction,she was very unpleasant,impolite and hang up on me,if you can't resolve simple issue as transportation question then how can you resolve more complex issues,those employees need a training in customer relation skills,I am sure there was another way to resolve my issue.
