This is an absolutely brilliant hospital. I truly believe this is the best hospital in the UK. The staff are all well-trained and are so compassionate to the cancer patient. They treat all patients alike and are the nicest, most helpful,warm hearted and courteous people I have ever met The Heads of Department who are expertise in the Cancer field are well well above the norm. They empathise with the patients and treat patients with tender loving care. They give a lot of time to each patient and ensure the patients get the best treatment. I was warded many times and the truly excellent care given to the patients in the ward is unbelievable. The Physiotherapy ( Ms Lucy ) and the Radiotherapy Department needs a special mention as they are so so tender treating the patients with their expertise. i cannot thank the Royal Marsden enough for what they have provided to treat my Sarcoma. Cutting edge treatment Everyone in the Sarcoma Department needs a special mention especially Ms Aisha Miah, I am truly blessed to have met her.. The surgeons supporting this amazing Department are top notch and truly wonderful especially Mr Dirk Strauss and Ms Jasmine Winter Beatty.Without a doubt, number 1 in my heart. The staff in the Radiotherapy are so so dedicated and truly incredible. The Royal Marsden is a stellar organization for anyone to be associated with, be it an employee or a patient. To each and every one of the wonderful, compassionate people who are part of the Sarcoma team, thank you, thank you, thank you! You all let me enjoy some more wonderful loving years which I am going to treasure with my family forever and you all have my heartfelt gratitude.
