In 2010 Early morning I was sent to this hospital unconscious from pneumonia and medications.
By 6:00 PM I felt good enough to go home and take care of my service dog.
I was never admitted to the hospital so the doctor signed a "Refused Treatment" form.

The E.R. nurse called a cab for me and gave me a taxi voucher, when I say the Taxi I left the hospital.
I am disabled and walk with a cane. The sidewalks were icy so I walked slowly.
As I turned the corner 2 men jumped out and began screaming at me to; "Get on the ground and comply or you will be MACED!"

I asked if they were the police and they said they were, however when I asked about their missing firearm they then said they were Hospital security.

I showed them the paperwork that released me from the hospital.
(These guards have no arrest or detaining authority, ESPACIALLY a person that was not a patient.)

They just continued to yell at then both pointed MACE at my face. I just continued to walk towards cab.

I was tackled from behind by both guards and slammed on the icy curb. I suffered cuts and bruises all over my body.

I was then handcuffed and shoved in a wheelchair and brought back to the hospital.
I was still very sick now I am injured, I showed injuries to Charge Nurse but was refused treatment.

My wife arrived with her Power of Attorney regarding myself. I left ASAP!

My attorney tried to subpoena the tapes from the security camera's but security had erased all pertinent tapes!

I moved from the area and have not laid eyes on that place.

It is not a hospital but a house of horrors with staff that is not only rude but physically dangerous.

I would advise ALL to STAY AWAY FROM THERE! As your health and physical well being is at stake!
